We offer state of the art equipment, unparalleled customer service, competitive rates and an unforgettable entertainment experience. Power Squad Entertainment’s DJs, MCs and other team members are a dynamic “Crew of Entertainers.” We specialize in delivering various forms of entertainment, such as live bands (music artists), promotional models, choreographed dance entertainment and countless other event options for your function.

A – Our main target area is the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Southern Ontario region. We also perform at destination events in other cities or countries. Please inquire for more information.

A – We are one of the most versatile DJ companies in the Greater Toronto Area having been exposed to many different genres of music and time periods of music during our travels and work around the world. We have experienced music in cities such as New York, Detroit, Miami, Baltimore, London England, Montreal, Ottawa, the Caribbean and of course our beloved hometown Toronto. We play everything including Top 40, House Music, R&B, EDM, Reggae (Dancehall), Soca, Latin, Old School Throwbacks, Jazz, Country, Hip Hop, Oldies, Rock and modern Lounge Music.

A – It is our pleasure to take requests. We have access to an unlimited catalog of music from different genres. We do encourage you to give us your requests in advance so we can ensure that the songs you want are played. Please inform us if you want to restrict guest requests as their choices may not fit the theme of or be inappropriate for your event or function.

A – Equipment failure occurs because of three things; computer failure, external hard drive failure or DJ controller failure. We always carry with us an extra computer, external hard drive with a duplicate of our music catalog and an extra DJ controller. Rest assured that we are consummate professionals and have all of our bases covered.

A – We only use top of the line equipment that is reliable and offers the best sound and lighting experience. We take sound reproduction and lighting very seriously. Power Squad Entertainment owns 95% of their sound equipment fleet and seldom rent from sound suppliers. We have invested in state of the art equipment to offer you the best in the industry. Our brands include QSC, Pioneer, DBX, Electrovoice, Alto, Yorkville, Shure, Audio Technica and Chauvet.

A – Helping you plan your event is our speciality and we support you with unparalleled customer service! We provide a free initial face-to-face consultation and assess all of your needs. We optimize our years of experience and act as event planners, recommending strategies for your event relating to music and event entertainment. We provide unlimited free consultations by Skype, phone or email leading up to your event and are available for you if any questions should arise.

A – Not every event is the same, so we have pre-set packages and custom packages to reflect the unique needs of each event or function. Pricing also depends on the size and length of the event, services required and type of equipment needed to cover your event. Our rates are competitive and reflect high quality. Inquire about our pre-set packages which offer great value and savings!

A – A written contract is imperative for us to outline our terms of service to you. It guarantees the services that will be provided. With a contract, you know what to expect and your event date is locked in.

A – Our attire will reflect your event. We will dress formally for formal events, professionally for professional events and always appear immaculately put together. We will reflect your event or function appropriately.

A – Call or email us for your free personal consultation which can be done face-to-face or via Video Conferencing, email or phone. Our consultants will work with you to provide the best event possible. You can choose from a pre-set package or we can customize a package based on your needs. Upon signing your contract, a 50% deposit is required to reserve and guarantee your date booked.

A – Yes. We have party MCs, MCs for business and other formal events and wedding MCs. We have both male and female MCs on staff who are dynamic and engaging.

A – Yes. Cocktail music should be subtle and non-intrusive at this time. We play music at low audible levels to ensure your guests can mingle and connect in a relaxed atmosphere. We play jazz, lounge music, deep lounge house, latin jazz and other dinner or cocktail style music during this segment.

A – We take major credit cards, cash, money order, bank draft, company cheques, Interac E-Transfer and PayPal. All company cheques should be made payable to Power Squad Entertainment. (We do not accept personal cheques).

A – Overtime is billed on an hourly basis at a nominal charge. Overtime must be paid upfront in cash for us to perform overtime duties.

A – Yes we are licensed with Connect Music Agency. CONNECT music licensing administers licences in Canada for the reproduction of sound recordings, and the reproduction and broadcast of music videos on behalf of the copyright owners (usually the record companies). We are insured as a professional company and carry full liability insurance in relation to our business dealings as a DJ Event Entertainment company.

Lastly we are a member in good standing of the Canadian Professional DJ Association (CPDJA) Canada's most reputable DJ Associations. The Canadian Professional DJ Association is an organizational body that promotes professionalism in the disc jockey service industry through information, education, networking and support of their membership. They also upkeep and maintain the highest standards of service for the protection of consumers utilizing DJ Entertainment Services.
